This Oxford Street project reimagined an existing warehouse into a set of active retail and commercial tenancies. Designed to strengthen street presence and community connection, the refurbishment brought new life to one of Bulimba’s most prominent precincts.
Acquired in 2019, this prime commercial property underwent significant refurbishment works to convert the existing warehouse space into a number of vibrant retail and commercial tenancies. With strong frontage along Oxford Street, Jadecorp transformed the building into an inviting street-level destination by reactivating the shopfronts and re-engaging with the local community.
