Finch Row is a boutique collection of 19 townhomes shaped by Coorparoo’s rich architectural character. Designed across two and three levels, the project balances contemporary liveability with a refined interpretation of traditional Queensland coastal style.

Coorparoo’s rich architectural heritage inspired the Finch Row design of 19 townhomes, comprising one detached four bedroom residence and 18 three bedroom row homes, thoughtfully crafted over a mix of two and three levels. Located just minutes from the Brisbane CBD, the project was positioned to connect residents with the everyday convenience and lifestyle of the area, including Dendy Cinemas, major supermarkets, a medical precinct, and a strong selection of cafés, restaurants and boutiques within walking distance. Finch Row was conceived as an elegant, contemporary take on a traditional style, drawing on the timeless Queensland coastal aesthetic. Kitchens were professionally designed and finished with stainless steel ILVE appliances, including oversized gas cooktops and electric ovens, along with profiled cabinetry, stone benchtops and butler’s pantries. Hardwood timber stairs connected levels throughout the townhomes, with master suites featuring ensuites with double basins and rain shower heads, generous walk-in robes, and private balconies to most residences. Each home included a private courtyard, with direct street entry for guests along Pembroke Road and Nicklin Street, and a number of townhomes offering private driveway access. A landscaped recreation area of over 230m² completed the project, incorporating a gazebo, barbeque and grassed zones for residents.
