This Burleigh Heads retail project transformed a prime stretch of Gold Coast Highway frontage into a refreshed, street-active destination. Through a considered refurbishment, seven distinct tenancies were created to strengthen the site’s connection to both the main street and Justin Lane.
Acquired in late 2015, this stretch of retail tenancies holds a prominent position along the Gold Coast Highway at Burleigh Heads. With a vision to reactivate Justin Lane at the rear of the site and re-engage the street frontage, the property underwent significant refurbishment works to be reconfigured and transformed into seven unique spaces. The revitalised development now supports a vibrant mix of retail and hospitality offerings, contributing to the evolving local precinct.
