Vélo Apartments, Lutwyche

Vélo Apartments comprised 33 apartments with a mix of one and two bedrooms, only ten minutes from the Brisbane CBD in the leafiest pocket of Lutwyche in Brisbane’s inner north. As the third successful project from Jadecorp Property Group in this sought-after Avenue, Vélo was designed to encompass quality, style and efficiency. Sleek, sophisticated kitchens flowed seamlessly onto open plan living and dining areas and out to private balconies.
