With over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, Phil Lovett has a comprehensive background working with major building and civil contractors. Phil has a wide range of experience in construction contracting including design and construct, and fixed price contracts across both the private and Government sectors. Phil completed his Bachelor of Applied Science (Construction Management) at Queensland University of Technology and is a Commissioner for Declarations. In his role as Contracts Manager at Jadecorp, Phil oversees contract administration tasks including budgeting, cost control and the management of subcontractors and suppliers, as well as estimating and tendering, and assisting with design and project management.
